Ben is one of the UK’s finest natural history illustrators. Inspired by his love of nature, he has illustrated for among others The Natural History Museum, John Lewis, Wild Beer Co, the Artfile and his debut picture book, Sensational Butterflies, was published by Penguin. His second book for Penguin Hidden Planet was shortlisted for the Waterstones children’s book prize and his titles now have multiple publishers across the world.
He lives and works in London and when he's not drawing he competes as a strongman and can be found picking up heavy things and putting them back down again... sometimes for hours at a time.
