Ruth Quayle

A few years ago, when she was working as a journalist and copywriter, Ruth started jotting down some of the funny things her children said. These snippets became stories and, to her delight, she is now published by Nosy Crow and Andersen Press.

Ruth lives in rural Buckinghamshire with her family and when she’s not writing you’ll find her stepping on bits of lego, burning fish fingers and trying to convince the children that there really isn’t room for a dog.

‘Perfect for seven- to nine-year-olds, this is a brilliant, fast-paced adventure for those of us who love mischief.’
